A community site is only as useful as its updates and participation, so content depth and activity can vary over time, and free access and features can change without notice. News and funding updates are a starting point for research, not a substitute for primary sources, so verify anything important against the original announcement before you act on it. Because the site runs on external infrastructure, uptime is outside your control. Treat the free resources as a bonus, read critically rather than taking summaries at face value, and use the community to find leads and contacts rather than as an authority on its own. For team use, agree on naming and editing conventions in advance to avoid version conflicts or duplicated work. Name and archive exported files consistently so you can find and reuse them, and keep a backup copy of key data.
