What News Minimalist is
News Minimalist is a daily news digest product. Powered by ChatGPT, it automatically reads and ranks over 1,000 news articles each day and selects the top 3 important stories for you. A weekly digest is emailed every Sunday, and you can choose to subscribe to all news or customize your subscriptions by category. It also supports personalized RSS so you can avoid clickbait headlines and get a cleaner feed. The focus is a concise, efficient, and valuable reading experience for busy people, and the product is free to use, currently in English and Russian.
What you can do with it
- Read the top 3 stories of the day in minutes
- Subscribe to all news or only the categories you want
- Set a custom RSS feed to skip clickbait
- Get a weekly digest by email every Sunday
Who it is for
- Busy professionals who want the news fast
- Readers who prefer short, curated digests
- English and Russian speakers
What to watch out for
By design it gives only three stories a day, so it is a summary and not a full news source, and you may miss topics that do not rank in the top three. AI ranking reflects the model's sense of importance, which may not line up with your own priorities. The site returned a rate-limit status when it was last checked, so access can be intermittent. Language support is limited to English and Russian for now. Behavior may vary across browsers and devices, so test before production use and consult the help docs if errors appear. Features and interface details may change between versions, so review the latest notes on the page before you start.
